Whilst Capsure Enterprise is designed to be simple and intuitive, document capture and management is often a new concept to any company. Training is invaluable to any company who wishes to set up document management or an in-house capture operation. Sessions can be up to three operators at any one time in situ or larger group sessions can be arranged.
Imaging managers and administrators are trained on a one-to-one basis initiating them in the many tasks required to maintain high quality work. Training manuals are customised for the specific client projects and left with the administrator as a quick reference guide for future new operators. Some of the subjects covered in training are:
