Manager is both the starting point for controlling the capture task (Registration) with Capsure and the configuration and administrative module for both CapsureDC and CapsureDM.

Registration (or booking-in) logs the existence of a delivery from the moment it leaves the client and attaches codes indicating Client, Consignment and Batch to documents for tracking, auditing and reporting purposes. It will create and print box and file labels, as well as Consignment and or Batch Progress Sheets.

Index fields can be created and laid out correctly for data capture along with all associated rules. These rules can be enforced both at the time of capture and prior to exporting where required.

Where data is to be retrieved via Find & View, the workflow can be created, edited and deleted using simple user interfaces.

Every project can have one or more export routines from simple text output with associated images through to direct upload into external Document Management systems. The progress of these exports can be checked at any time from any PC whether that PC is running the export or not.
