Capsure Enterprise suite consists of two main products that over the past 10 years have evolved to handle capture, retrieval and management of large quantities of files & documents.

CapsureDC is a high speed, high volume, production line solution to document capture, providing comprehensive tracking and reporting from document registration through to the eventual upload into a document management system.

In addition CapsureDC provides many tools and features to ease the work required in managing large capture projects. With a single one-off cost CapsureDC provides all this and more with NO throughput limitations or charges.

CapsureDM was developed for a normal office environment whilst still retaining the high-end features of Capsure. With its document-centric approach it is ideally suited for medium scale document management and day-forward capture requirements.

CapsureDM includes many advanced features such as a highly flexible workflow module and easy to use versioning support. It is fully integrated into Microsoft Windows and Office, including Outlook, enabling easy storage of emails and their attachments within the system. CapsureDM provides many different ways of setting and enforcing security of documents, making it easy to ensure that unauthorised users cannot access confidential documents.
