EBible Creator 2011, developed by Capgen in collaboration with Clifford Chance, one of the "Magic Circle" law firms, has been deployed in the reprographics department at their Canary Wharf head office. During the extensive beta testing programme time savings circa 70% were realised over the then manual process. An eBible (aka Transaction/Deal/Complex Document Bible) is a means of storing, indexing and comprehensively searching large volumes of documents related to a corporate transaction or project.

eBibles are commonly used by legal firms to collate documents from a specific case to store or provide to a client at the end of a project. Typically eBibles are created manually using a variety of tools and macros including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.

Capgen's eBible Creator solution completely automates the majority of the manual creation process, providing a highly configurable and easy to use interface giving anyone the ability to create their own eBibles in minutes instead of hours.

The eBible Creator accepts ANY electronic file format such as Audio, Video, AutoCAD which can then be arranged in any order required. Folders can have multiple section levels as necessary. The Artwork Module facilitates full corporate branding. Security can be implemented with support for protecting the PDFs from viewing or editing without a password. Linking with specific Electronic Document Management Systems is available on request. Integration with Autonomy (formerly Interwoven) Worksite is currently in development in conjunction with one of London’s premier law firms and an HTML plug-in will be available soon.

eBible Creator 2011 is fully integrated with the high end Rimage media publishing devices for direct output to CD, DVD or Blu-ray. Rimage and Capgen are currently offering a special promotional bundle that will realise a saving of up to £9,000 when the products are purchased together.
